Cathay Chung Yue Estate (CCYE) has more than 20 years industry experience in fitouts for residential apartments and commercial developments as well as luxury residences. We provide plastering, compressed fibre cement (CFC) cladding, metal cladding, metal fabrication and joinery services, utilizing our own metal and joinery factories.

We have the skills, resources and experiences to meet all different requirements and projects. Our service focuses on operational excellence and establishing long term relationships with our clients.

Our recent projects include the contracts for Ultimo Public School and Westfield Sports High School from Hindmarsh Constructions, a new residential apartment project in Norwest for Westbourne Constructions, new Wagga Wagga Hospital Stage 3 metal cladding projects for Greenwich build and we also completed joinery work for Taylor Construction Group at Cardinal Freeman Village in Ashfield.
